Online enrollment is now open for students to attend pre-kindergarten and kindergarten in Fayette County for the 2020-21 school year. Registration is also open for any students who currently are home-schooled or attend private or non-Fayette schools and want to transfer to a Fayette school.

Parents of new registrants must be resident homeowners or have in-county leases as of September 2020 and beyond. Procedures and necessary documents are listed at www.fcboe.org under the Departments tab, on the Enrollment and Records Center page. The registration period for parents whose children were already chosen by lottery to attend pre-K in the fall has been extended until further notice. Those parents can complete the online portion of the registration now and bring the required documents to the school office once county buildings are reopened.

Families wanting to register for the pre-K waiting list can do so when schools reopen.
