New Dragon in Greenbriar Mall failed a recent health inspection.

A Chinese restaurant failed a recent health inspection, Fulton County records show.

New Dragon in Greenbriar Mall scored a 64/U following the Tuesday evaluation. Scores below 70 are considered failing. Its prior score, from July 2016, was a 97/A.

According to the report, fruit flies along with live and dead roaches were observed.

Officials also reported unlabeled food — sugar, salt and MSG — and cooked chicken stored longer than 24 hours without a discard date.

Phone numbers listed for the restaurant were wrong.

Follow-up inspections are generally completed within 10 days of the original evaluation.
