The Evermore Community Improvement District board of directors will meet at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Stone Mountain Tennis Center, 5525 Bermuda Road in Stone Mountain.
Among items up for discussion, the CID has received notice from Georgia DOT about surplus property along U.S. 78. The CID has been in touch with potential investors to encourage interest in the property as the site for potential development. Because of the challenges and timeframe for this process, potential developers will need to review the required timelines for the process, as required by GDOT.
In addition the CID will discuss upcoming single-family housing developments, ongoing road improvements along the U.S. 78 corridor and progress of the Gateway Grant project.
