The Powder Springs City Council will hold public hearings 7 p.m. Monday on whether to allow an event facility.
The meeting will be in the Council Chambers, Community Development building, 4488 Pineview Drive, Powder Springs.
A rezoning request and a special use application by Adriane Larson will be considered for 4385 Walton St. and two adjacent vacant properties to the south and east.
The rezoning would change the properties from residential to office institutional.
