The Dunwoody Zoning Board of Appeals will review four application requests for variances during it regular meeting 6 p.m. Thursday at the Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, suite 103.
The following applicants are home owners: Uwe Haarhoff of 1314 Valley View Road seeks to reduce the setback, related to construction of a new house; William Showfety of 5171 Lakeside Drive seeks to increase the height of a retaining wall, and to reduce the setback of a retaining wall from 5 feet to 0 feet; Viktoria Nurpeisov of 5305 Cedar Chase seeks to encroach the city’s 75 foot stream buffer for replacement of a retaining wall; and Charles Marto of 1364 Nerine Circle seeks to encroach the street front setback for a landscape retaining wall.
