Duluth’s Parsons Alley Design Review Committee will meet at 3 p.m. Friday in the Duluth City Hall Main Street Conference Room, 3167 Main Street. The public is invited to attend.

This month’s meeting agenda includes review of past business items: the new building design request for Building 600, Dreamland BBQ’s exterior feature change request, and the Chocolaterie’s sign placement request. New business includes Dutch Mill’s sign placement request.

The Duluth City Council created a Parsons Alley Design Review Committee earlier this year to oversee details of development in this renovated area of downtown. Parsons Alley is the open-air alleyway under redevelopment in the “The Block” which will connect pedestrians between Main Street, Dreamland BBQ and a new public plaza.
