Updating the Comprehensive Plan presents an opportunity to address changes in Duluth during the last 5 years and to respond to continued development pressures. It is also an opportunity to celebrate and reflect on Duluth’s past journey, while confirming and refining the city’s aspirations for moving Duluth Forward.

The public may submit comments to FORWARDuluth@duluthga.net by Jan. 17. Revisions can be made until the City Council votes to approve the document on Feb. 11.
