The Doraville City Council will consider granting a conditional use permit for a day spa during the regular meeting 6:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall Council Chambers, 3725 Park Ave.
The facility, which is also a massage therapy parlor, is located at 6817 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.
Also on the agenda:
An application to rezone the property at 3635 Northcrest Road. The council will hold a public hearing to allow residents to speak for or against the Northcrest Food Mart, a convenience store and gas station.
The council will also discuss amendments to several city ordinances, to address regulations for erecting signs in the city, to repeal conflicting ordinances relating to traffic and motor vehicles and adding restrictions and regulation for outdoor restraint and keeping of animals.
