A Norcross man who allegedly stabbed his live-in girlfriend and then dropped her off at an area hospital remains at large, police said.

Christopher Farmer, 26, left his companion, Cindy Damour, at the emergency room before fleeing on foot, police said. Damour is listed in critical condition.

According to police, Damour was stabbed while walking along Arc Way toward Beaver Ruin Road on Friday morning. The couple had been arguing and Damour left their residence on foot. Farmer followed her in his car, jumped out and stabbed the 22-year-old in the chest, authorities said.

Police consider Farmer, who has outstanding warrants for aggravated battery and aggravated assault, armed and dangerous and urge anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact police at 770-513-5000.
