Licensed and insured contractors are needed to perform a variety of residential repairs for homeowners in the Cobb County Community Development Block Grant Program’s Minor Home Repair Program.

Repairs are needed for low- and moderate-income homeowners.

Budgets for the repair work are generally $10,000 per household.

Common repair jobs include roofs, windows, HVAC, doors, plumbing and electrical.

Funds are provided through grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
