Cobb safety village hosts open house

The Cobb Safety Village held an open house Sunday to allow community residents to learn safety techniques. About 2,000 visitors had the chance to view a child-size representation of the county, and learn how to react to fire, crime and disaster emergencies. The village is located at 1220 Al Bishop Drive, Marietta. Information: 770-852-3270.
