Cobb precincts to install security camera systems

The Cobb County Board of Commissioners has agreed to install security camera systems at the police and fire precincts.

EDE Systems Inc. was approved by the commissioners to do the work for $139,000 at the five police precincts and 30 fire stations.

Funding will come from the 2011 Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax.
