Cobb residents can safely dispose of unused and outdated over-the-counter and prescription medicines on March 26.

Everything collected will be immediately sealed in boxes and destroyed. Labels do not have to be removed to assure privacy. No durable medical equipment, like nebulizers, will be accepted.

The drop-off lasts from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the government offices in Powder Springs Station, 1150 Powder Springs Road in Marietta.
