Cobb County residents can review a draft list of potential list of projects that could be included in the regional transportation sales tax project list.

Cobb is one of 10 counties in the metro Atlanta region compiling a list of projects, if approved by voters, would be paid for by increasing local sales tax rates.

A vote on the regional transportation tax — a T-SPLOST — is scheduled for next summer.

The open house runs from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the board of commissioners meeting room, 100 Cherokee St. in Marietta.

There will be no formal presentation, but officials from the county, cities and community improvement districts will be available to answer questions.
