Duluth has contracted with Rock Paper Scissors, a branding and web development firm, to examine current marketing efforts and map out a strategy for the city’s future. Residents and the business community are invited to participate in a one-hour focus group at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11 at city hall, 3167 Main Street. The goal is to understand the public’s current perception of the city and areas needing attention.
