A public hearing will be held before the Palmetto Planning and Zoning Board at 7 p.m. June 15 2017 in Council Chambers in City Hall, 509 Toombs Street to consider the request of Waldrop and Associates LLC to approve a final subdivision plat. The request is to reduce the number of lots on Princeton Circle in the PUD Planned Unit Development of Princeton Village from 46 lots down to 39 lots.

The mayor and City Council of Palmetto will consider the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board at another meeting 7 p.m. July 10 in the Council Chambers.
