The Chattahoochee Hills City council recently approved awarding property and casualty insurance coverage and workers’ compensation coverage to Travelers, which had the lowest bid.

The City Council also gave the nod for the purchase of two patrol vehicles through a lease agreement initiated with the Georgia Municipal Association. The police department paid off two other leased vehicles this past April.

The council OK’d a special events/mega events application and fees measure. According to the item, the process and fees apply to special events with more than 2,500 attendees.
