Enjoy Sunday’s dry weather, because there’s a chance of rain throughout the upcoming work week.

Channel 2 meteorologist Brad Nitz is forecasting a 30 percent chance of rain Monday, followed by a 20 percent chance of showers Tuesday and Wednesday.

The risk of rain increases to 40 percent Thursday and 50 percent Friday.

Temperatures this week will be a little warmer than normal, according to Nitz.

Highs will be in the upper 50s Monday and in the mid-60s Tuesday through Thursday.

Wake-up temperatures will be in the mid-40s Monday, upper 40s Tuesday and low 50s Wednesday and Thursday.

Atlanta’s normal high for the beginning of December is 58, the normal low 40.
