Cancer Society seeking volunteers for study

Residents involved in the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life in Roswell April 27 can participate in a study to gather information about lifestyle, environmental and genetic factors that cause or prevent cancer. Participants, aged 30-65, can register for the study from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Roswell High School during the annual event. Volunteers must have never been diagnosed with cancer.

Individuals will be asked to sign an informed consent form, complete a comprehensive survey packet and give a small blood sample.
