Brookhaven Planning Commission considers gas station, liquor store

The Brookhaven Planning Commission will consider a special land use permit for QuikTrip Corp. during the regular meeting 7 p.m. Wednesday at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road.

The permit applied for by QuikTrip is to have a gas station and convenience store that sells alcoholic beverages at 3249 Buford Highway.

The commission will also discuss a rezoning request for property at 1897 North Druid Hills Road, to amend the required buffer space to an owner’s property line.
