Atlanta executive Ann Cramer has been appointed chair of the Carter Center's Board of Councilors for 2011.
The board is made up of 212 members who serve as a leadership advisory group that promotes awareness within the community and among opinion makers of the Carter Center and its activities.
Cramer is the director for IBM Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Affairs for the Americas. She also serves as chair of the Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education.
