A former Alpharetta police officer was arrested Friday in connection with allegedly selling firearms to a convicted felon.

Craig Allen Garner, 54, of Dawson County, turned himself in to officials in Forsyth County Friday on two counts of being party to a crime. The crime, Forsyth County Sheriff's deputies say, related to the sale of firearms.
