An Atlanta man sought in connection with a fatal shooting is accused of firing a shotgun at close range, police said.

Andrew Neloms, 28, allegedly opened fire on a man after an argument Nov. 1 at the Brentwood Meadows Apartments on Alison Court in southwest Atlanta.

The attack was unprovoked, police said.

man was found dead in his car from what "appears to be a 12-gauge shotgun wound to his chest area," Atlanta police Maj. Adam Lee previously said.

Neloms may have shorter hair than the photo shows. He is believed to be 5-foot-9 and 130 pounds.
