Forsyth deputies were sent to a home in the northern part of the county May 14, the sheriff’s office said in a statement. When they entered the house, they heard a toilet being flushed multiple times.
At the bathroom door deputies found Oliver, who already had a warrant out for the sale of meth, officials said.

“Not to be outdone, the detectives contacted a local septic tank company to come out and assist,” the sheriff’s office said.
When the company arrived and removed the lid from the septic tank, deputies found a “good quantity” of meth in a sealed plastic bag right where the pipe from the house feeds into the septic tank.
Oliver was booked into the Forsyth jail Tuesday.
A woman was also arrested in connection with the incident. Melissa Sizemore, 39, of Cumming, was booked into the Forsyth jail Tuesday on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug-related objects.
