Two former Glock executives and their wives have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Kansas, accused of participating in a bribery and kickback scheme.

Charged were James “Craig” Dutton, 42, of Acworth, who was an assistant national sales manager for Glock; his wife, Lisa Delaine Dutton, 42, of Acworth; Welcome D. “Bo” Wood Jr. of Florida, whow as Eastern regional manager for Glock, and his wife, Paula Ann Wood, 63.

Also indicted was a Kansas firearms distributor accused of paying more than $1 million in bribes to Glock executives.

The indictment alleges the distributor secretly paid Glock executives for preferential treatment over other firearms distributors, giving his company priority access to limited products and steering government contracts and sales to his company, according to the FBI.

The women, who formed companies, are alleged to have concealed payments of bribes and kickbacks in the scheme, which was said to have taken place from 2003 to 2009.
