A group of carjackers allegedly followed a woman home and held her up at gunpoint early Sunday morning.

A group of carjackers followed a woman to her home in Marietta, held her up at gunpoint and stole her belongings, including her Hyundai Sonata, Channel 2 Action News reported.

The 22-year-old victim, who told Channel 2 she wanted to remain anonymous, was robbed in front of her home at the Villas of East Cobb early Sunday morning.

The group parked near the victim, and two men jumped out, each carrying a gun, police told Channel 2. They took her keys, wallet and cellphone, then drove away in her car. The other carjackers also drove off.

The victim said she ran inside and tried to call 911. She told Channel 2 that the operator did not immediately answer.

“They’re saying they called back 24 seconds later, we were still calling,” the victim told Channel 2. “We were calling back to back to back. It got to the point where I was like, ‘Why aren’t they answering? What’s going on?’”

She eventually called her mother instead, who came to her home. The victim said her mother got through to a 911 operator after several attempts.
