Police are investigating a shooting on Old National Highway near Hackamore Drive on Friday afternoon.
One person was killed and another was injured after they were shot as they drove through a South Fulton neighborhood Friday afternoon, police said.
South Fulton police told Channel 2 Action News the two people were in the Fairfield Square townhomes on Old National Highway near Hackamore Drive about 3:30 p.m. when they were shot.
The person who survived was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police Lt. Derrick Rogers said.
We asked, but police can’t yet say: genders of shooting victims, ages, names; what K-9 on scene is doing; whether person killed was driver or passenger; whether it was one shooter or more. pic.twitter.com/ruqb2pztTp
