Henry school board approves 2022 meeting schedule

Henry County Board of Education meetings will be convened on the same schedule in 2022 as they are now. The school board voted at its Oct. 11 regular meeting to approve the meeting calendar for next year, keeping each regular meeting on the second Monday of each month with two exceptions: April and July, when they will meet on the third Monday due to spring break and the July 4 holiday. Work sessions will typically convene at 4 p.m. with the regular business meeting at 7 p.m. Executive session and disciplinary appeals, when necessary, will take place between the two meetings.
