Moving forward with technology, Forsyth County has launched a new 311 request service portal for residents to report and track the status of concerns and requests, according to a press release.

The portal, which is available on the County’s website, forsythco.com, allows residents to submit a non-emergency report for items such as noise complaints, animal welfare issues, county maintained road repairs such as potholes, etc. Visitors also can view status updates on issues as they are processed by county staff.

The County also has launched a mobile application called Connect2Forsyth that allows residents to easily report concerns, pay water bills, receive county news, calendar alerts and more.
