Fayetteville is hosting its fourth annual HOA Boot Camp to help members of individual homeowners associations within the city to network and discuss matters of mutual concern. The free event will take place 10 a.m.-noon on Oct. 16 at City Hall, 210 Stonewall Avenue West, and requires no pre-registration.
Leaders and active members of all HOAs will have the opportunity to meet with a variety of city department directors to get updates related to neighborhoods. Administrators, including City Manager Ray Gibson and Mayor Ed Johnson, as well as individual department staff will also discuss the difference between matters that are the responsibility of the city and those that must be addressed by the HOAs.
The meeting will conclude with a question-and-answer period as well as information about the city’s new community survey.
