A couple from Minnesota must have felt a little déjà vu when they walked down the aisle.

That’s because they had walked together down the aisle of a wedding in 1995, where they served as flower girl and ring bearer.

KMSP reports that Brittney and Briggs Fussy were just small children when they participated in the wedding. As they grew up, they ended up attending the same school and had a class together. Brittney turned to Briggs during class one day and told him that she had a picture of him from the wedding.

Briggs had not realized the girl in his class was the flower girl from the wedding. The reunion proved to be a life-changing event. After five years of dating, the couple recently got married.

The newlyweds were clear that a repeat of their story will not occur from their own wedding, as cousins served as the ring bearer and flower girl this time around.
