A North Carolina couple has married 14 years after they walked down the aisle together the first time.
But this is not the typical story of love lost then found again.
Adrian and Brooke Franklin were ring bearer and flower girl years ago, and recently they walked down the same aisle in the same church as bride and groom.
The now-newlyweds met in church as grade school students, ABC News reported.
Brooke said she had a crush on him back then, but he didn't like her.
In high school though, things changed, and he asked her to be his girlfriend.
The rest, as they say, is history.
The bride who had the couple in her 2001 wedding was at their nuptials.
They said they forgot they were in the wedding together, so she brought the photos, which now hang near their new wedding portrait in their home, to remind them.
