New commercial highlights athletic prowess of cats

Think cats are lazy? Think again.

The new ad for Temptations cat treats caught the eye of Adweek. Tim Nudd of Adweek compares it to the Nike ads showcasing the amazing bodies of famous athletes.

In fact, the commercial begins with athletes of the human variety striking poses.

Like the Nike ads, a stark background combined with slow motion and close-up shots are used to great effect.

The frisky felines show off some impressive moves while chasing after the treats.

The commercial has already garnered over 50,000 page views in less than a week.

You may never look at your cat the same again.
