From the crazy coming-of-age films about young Americans partying their way through Europe, to romantic comedies set in Rome and Paris and all the popular songs that glamorize the continent, Europe sits prominently as a dream destination for many. And thanks to budget airlines, travel sites and tour deals, visiting Europe has never been more within reach.

To make thinking about and planning your trip easier, Kayak has compiled a list of the cheapest European destinations from all 50 states. The prices represent the median airfare for a round-trip ticket between the U.S. city and the European city.

And the best news? According to Kayak, the median airfare prices are the cheapest the travel site has seen in three summers. Interestingly, a flight to Iceland is the most affordable option for many of the states.

Note that prices will vary depending on dates. Overall, however, this is a great guide to better understand what's within your budget.

But act quickly. Kayak noted that overall interest in travel to Europe is up 27 percent since 2016 — the highest experts have seen for summertime.

The cheapest European destinations to fly to from Georgia:

Atlanta to Budapest, Hungary for $640

Dubbed the "new Berlin" by many travelers, the Central European city has become an increasingly popular destination for tourists young and old alike. With affordable prices on food, accommodation and public transportation, Budapest offers incredible nightlife, unique historical spots – such as Buda Castle and the Matthias Church – and a variety of unique dining option to splurge on.

Savannah to London, United Kingdom for $830

Dreaming of having tea with the Queen of England? Well, that's not guaranteed, but don't turn down the chance to tour the famous Buckingham Palace. If you're lucky, you might just spot her royal highness or another member of the House of Windsor around. Of course, any trip to London isn't complete without a selfie in front of the city's iconic Big Ben clock tower. The London Eye (a massive Ferris wheel), the British Museum and the London Bridge are all must-see attractions as well.
