Ahead of its February 2020 opening, restaurant Carson Kitchen is hosting a job fair on Jan. 7.
The Las Vegas-based urban dining spot seeks to fill positions for its second location in Alpharetta’s City Center, according to a press release.

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., job seekers can stop by Alpharetta City Hall to attend the hiring event. The eatery is hiring for hourly positions including servers, server assistants, bartenders, cooks and stewards. Applicants who are dependable and hoping for a fun career opportunity are encouraged to attend. Additionally, Carson Kitchen says it offers an hourly premium above the local market and benefits are extended to full-time employees.
Woodstock native chef/owner Cory Harwell is set to open the restaurant in what’s described as a lively, modern space. The menu focuses on American meals and craft cocktails.

Chef and restaurateur Cory Harwell and his friend, the late chef Kerry Simon, opened the original location in downtown Vegas in 2014. Bringing a carefully curated experience to Alpharetta, Carson Kitchen features a contemporary bar, open kitchen expo counter, community tables and outdoor dining.
The eatery features a seasonal menu but a list of fan favorite items remains. Among the selections offered are crispy chicken skins with smoked honey, bacon jam with havarti and toasted baguette; cocoa-espresso NY strip steak with red wine demi; and glazed donut bread pudding with three rum caramel and vanilla crème anglaise.
