With kids home from school due to the coronavirus outbreak, there are a lot of parents who are putting on their “teacher” cap this week.

If you’re looking for educational activities to keep kids at home occupied and informed, here’s one for your lesson plan: The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is offering free, online content daily for kids from elementary through high school.

The space center’s education team is hosting daily videos on Facebook Live. They also have shorter segments with at-home activities for kids to do.

The presentations happen at 9:30 a.m. EST for younger kids and at 1 p.m. for teenagers, Monday through Friday.

The videos can be viewed on the space center's Facebook page.

“Although we are currently closed, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is dedicated to the continued education and inspiration of our guests,” the space center wrote in an Instagram post.

The space center also has free educational materials that can be downloaded here.
