A Pittsburgh woman made it her mission this holiday season to bring joy to children who have lost a parent.
Over the past several weeks, Brandi Boyd raised enough donations to deliver presents to more than 50 local kids who’ve lost a parent to violence.
“It’s very emotional, because the holiday time brings a lot of tears and memories,” Boyd said.
Boyd said she plans to deliver presents every year so the kids have something extra-special to look forward to.
