Everyone can spare four minutes, right?

If you thought 8-minute abs was a quick way to tone your midsection, this workout cuts that in half and still gets great results. Don’t expect this to be easy, though; if you want results in such a short amount of time, it’s definitely going to be a tough workout.

The workout is a simple two-minute rotation of four moves done for 30 seconds each.

Watch as he shows exactly how to do each move and explains why they work.

Here are the four exercises you need to know:

  • Knee to elbow planks
  • Plank jacks
  • Alternating side plank holds
  • Plank up-downs

Repeat the rotation two times for the full workout.

As a bonus, your shoulders and arms will get a good workout too, because it’s based on a plank position, which works your whole body.
