Avoid the uncomfortable silences on your next date with some talking tips backed up by science.

Research from State University of New York suggests talking about your travel experiences and sharing secrets to build connections.

And according to the University of Hertfordshire, you should avoid talking about movies because you’re more likely to get into an argument.
