Fitness tips

Resolving to get healthy in the new year? Sally White, fitness coach at the Carl E. Sanders Family YMCA at Buckhead, walks us through some easy exercises you can do at home.

Regular exercise can reduce fatigue and sleep irregularities, increase energy levels, improve moods, prevent disease and enhance overall feelings of well-being.

Members of the YMCA can also participate in a free program called The Coach Approach. The program pairs members with a YMCA personal wellness coach who will help them work through any exercise challenges they might be facing.
