Sugarloaf Mills in Lawrenceville is adding a Kay Jewelers Outlet in July.
Kay will be among more than 180 retail stores at the former Discovery Mills shopping complex in Gwinnett County.
The athletic retailer Finish Line recently announced it was also opening a store in the coming months. The mall is located on Sugarloaf Parkway.
