Customer Ruby Chen wishes she picked a different Starbucks location to order her drink and cookie straw this week.
After placing her order and not hearing the barista ask for her name, the shift supervisor, who is only referred to as Melissa, talked to her with a "bad attitude" and also started to yell.
Watch as she is caught on cell phone camera, yelling at Chen to get out and refusing to let her pay - as well as accusing Chen of trying to steal a cookie straw.
The supervisor ordered Chen to leave the store and never return. When other customers defended Chen, the supervisor began yelling at them.
But it looks like it's the supervisor who will not be returning. She has been fired, according to a Starbucks spokesperson.
The company has offered Chen a $100 gift card.
