Alpharetta-based Agilysys Inc.’s inventory and procurement software will be used to streamline foodservice operations at Vanderbilt University in Nashville.

Agilysys and Vanderbilt Campus Dining did not disclose terms of their agreement. Agilysis’s software will be used in 19 campus dining centers, restaurants and retail outlets.

Camp Howard, director of Vanderbilt Campus Dining, said the software will allow Vanderbilt to to accurately forecast and manage food costs in real time.

Agilysys is a provider of information technology and hospitality software to the hospitality and foodservice industries.
