Summer has yet to officially end but the holiday train is already moving.

Wal-Mart and Amazon have both released their top holiday toy lists.

Wal-Mart announced its list of top 25 kid approved holiday toys for 2017 along with a notice that its fee-free layaway program is now open.

It should come as a surprise to no one that Hatchimals, the interactive toy that turned last holiday season upside down, are coming back this year with a big surprise to be announced on Oct. 6.

Also in the category of top interactive toys, expect to see Fingerlings, interactive baby monkeys that fit on your finger and FurReal Friends Roarin’ Tyler The Playful Tiger, a $130 pet tiger that roars in response to sounds and touch. Other interactive favorites are:
