GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Terrance Banks, Newton

1. What is the most memorable game you've been a part of as a player or coach? "For me, my first career win was at Lowndes in 2013, and the fact that we won on the last play of the game made it more meaningful. It was an unbelievable night and experience. The Valdosta playoff win last year and my own high school playoff win in '96 when we [Lakeside of DeKalb County] came back to beat Elbert County 31-14 in Elberton are close."

2. Which high school coach would you want your son to play for, and why? "For me it would be two men I played for or worked for, Phil Lindsey or Corey Jarvis. Coach Lindsey [Banks' coach at Lakeside] was a man who got his point across to us without cussing, without screaming. We knew he cared for us. Corey Jarvis [current head coach at Mays] is a great football coach but a better man. He goes the extra mile for his players. The reason all those kids are playing at the next level from MLK, Duluth and Mays have a lot to do with his belief that because these kids bust their tails for us, we should bust ours in trying to help them achieve their dreams of college education and next-level ball."

3. What is your favorite saying/motto? "Don't focus on problems, focus on solutions."

4. Which GHSA policy or high school football rule would you most like to see changed? "Adopt a Texas-style transfer rule. Real simple: You transfer less than 60 miles, you sit out a year. Only approve those over 60 miles or from out of state. Unless you are a senior and you miss a percentage of time, let the hardship committee decide. All schools gain and lose kids, us included, but to solve the issue at hand, this is best. That is the real solution to the 'classification' issue. Transfers are the elephant in the room we keep avoiding. This solves it."
