GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Louis Daniel, Lambert

1. Who is/was the most influential person in your coaching career? "Sid Maxwell, the previous head coach at Lambert. He taught me to love the game of football and how much work it takes to be successful in the program."

2. Who is the best Georgia player you ever faced? "I have to say it's a tie between Tim Byerly at Chattahoochee in 2010 and Jayson Foster from Cherokee in 2002. Both of those guys killed us on third down. It didn't matter, third-and-2 or third-and-15. They always converted. I hated playing them but loved watching them."

3. What is the best team you ever faced as a coach? "2004 Lowndes, third round of the 2004 playoffs. They were extremely fast and physical on both sides of the ball."

4. If you were Gary Phillips, the new head of the GHSA, what would be the first rule that you would try to change? "I don't like the offseason player-to-coach (2 to 1) rule. I want to work with more than two players at a time, and I would allow the coaches and players to use a ball during offseason workouts."
