What UGA's celebrity alums are saying ahead of the national championship

Ryan Seacrest is seriously ready for some football. Deborah Norville says everyone can be part of the Bulldog Nation. Deborah Roberts - who watched the Rose Bowl with University of Georgia coaching legend Vince Dooley - is ready to cheer her Dawgs on all the way. (NEW: What you need to know this weekend ).

UGA's fan base includes numerous celebrity alumni, who are taking to social media like everyone else in red and black these days.

At the Rose Bowl, even the Oklahoma crowd wanted photos with this UGA superfan 

Seacrest's Twitter posts indicate he watched the Rose Bowl from home, although it wouldn't be much of a haul from his Los Angeles home. So chances are the multitasking entertainment mogul, w ho added a "Live" co-hosting gig to his roster last year , might stack up a few more pizza boxes when Georgia takes on Alabama on Monday.

Roberts, on the other hand, was in Pasadena for Georgia's second-ever appearance there. ( This 90-year-old UGA alum, who was a high school senior when Georgia played for the first time, in 1943, was in Pasadena as well ).

The ABC News correspondent cheered Georgia to a historic, double-overtime victory over Oklahoma amid UGA royalty. Looks like New York's winter blizzard could keep her busy - but she's certainly got her game-day gear at the ready:

And broadcaster Norville, whose Twitter banner photo shows a sea of fans in red and black, suggests that even if you didn't attend Georgia, you're still a welcome citizen of Bulldog Country:
