After exchanging a volley of attorney-issued statements, Nick Gordon is taking to social media to blast singer Bobby Brown as Bobbi Kristina Brown remains hospitalized.

Bobbi Kristina, 21, is the only daughter of Brown and the late Whitney Houston. Although she frequently has referred to Nick as her "husband," both sides of her family dispute they were ever legally wed. Nick has tacitly agreed with that assertion, referring to her in statements with such terms as "companion" (not wife).
And, if they were legally husband and wife he presumably would not need her father's permission to visit her in the hospital.
In statements issued through his lawyer, Bobby Brown has said Nick was offered the opportunity to visit if he provided a written account of precisely what happened the morning of Jan. 31, when Bobbi Kristina was discovered face-down in a bathtub. In a statement of his own issued by his attorneys, Nick said Bobby Brown "is not law enforcement."
In a blizzard of tweets, Nick implies that Bobby Brown hasn't spent much time with Bobbi Kristina over the years and is only here now for "publicity."
In statements, both the Brown and Houston families have requested prayer and privacy.

While Nick and Bobby Brown continue their exchanges, Bobbi Kristina's aunt Pat Houston posted a statement illustrating her legal standing if the worst happens. Pat Houston is the executor of Whitney Houston's estate. About a year ago, she took out a restraining order against Nick.
On Feb. 11, the third anniversary of Whitney Houston's death at age 48, Pat Houston issued a statement saying "Our family continues to stand together praying that Bobbi Kristina continues to fight for her life. We thank you again for your continued prayers of love and restoration and we thank you for respecting the family's privacy at this time."
