Calling all yogis and fans of Grammy-winning rapper Drake: the Namasdrake Drake Yoga tour is heading to Atlanta this month.
“In this yoga class you'll be getting a great hour long Vinyasa Flow workout while listening to an entire class of your favorite Drizzy hits,” read a statement on the tour websites. “Wear your bright colors and go ‘0 to 100 real quick’ under strobe lights and smoke screens.”
Namasdrake co-founder Cassady Dill told WABE News that instructors are encouraged to “put their own personal spin on this hip-hop form of yoga.” Expect hits from albums both old and new.
Early bird tickets for the hour-long class at Rhythma Studios, 555 Whitehall St. SW, amount to $22 per person. You’ll have seven opportunities to snag a spot. And if you’re not a seasoned yogi, no worries. The class is open to all levels.
But if you’re interested, buy your tickets soon — the classes have previously sold out in Los Angeles and New York.
