This Thanksgiving, we're giving thanks -- for the hilarious ways that food companies find to cram the taste of the holidays into unexpected food products.

Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar -- which has one metro Atlanta location in Perimeter Mall, with additional restaurants in Florida, North Carolina and Alabama -- is serving up its Gobble-Gobble-ooshi roll, a "fan favorite creation (that's) like having Thanksgiving dinner rolled up into one, delicious package," according to a press release. The roll is made with roasted turkey and fried green beans wrapped in soy paper and fried sweet potato strings topped with cranberry sauce and fried green beans, along with gravy. The roll is available through Thanksgiving.

We also jumped at the chance to try Boulder Canyon's turkey and gravy and pumpkin pie-flavored chips. A press release describes pumpkin pie as "just like your family-favorite recipe," and the turkey and gravy flavor as being made  "with hints of the juiciest turkey and most decadent gravy."
